Combating Human Trafficking in Southeast Asia
Who we are

Paladin Rescue Alliance (P.R.A.) is a Christian non-government organization (NGO) dedicated to combating human trafficking in the U.S. and Southeast Asia.

Paladin Rescue Alliance's mission is to provide Freedom, Hope, and a Future to the sexually exploited and enslaved. We accomplish this by,

Building Alliances with both Non-Government (NGO's) and Government Organizations to combat human trafficking.

Conducting Rescue Operations with our allies on both soft and hard targets.

Implementing Prevention Programs in schools, communities, and villages for at-risk children and women.

Providing Aftercare in our rescue home including protection, counseling, education, job training, and financial support.

Paladin Rescue Alliance’s vision is to create a world where children and women are no longer viewed as a commodity to be sold, enslaved, and sexually exploited for profit but rather treated as human beings uniquely created by God.

Paladin means to be a defender and advocate for a noble cause.  As defenders and advocates of human trafficking victims locally, nationally, and internationally, we work to provide freedom, hope, and a future to the sexually exploited and enslaved.  We are committed to responding to God’s word,

Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed.Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked (Psalm 82: 3-4)

Jon Proctor, President & Founder

Why Paladin Rescue Alliance was founded
After learning of the plight of children enslaved in brothels throughout Southeast Asia and the US, Jon knew he had to combat this insidious evil.  In 2016, he launched Paladin Rescue Alliance, an organization committed to rescuing and restoring sex trafficking victims; providing them with freedom, hope and a future.

About Jon
As a research scientist, with a Ph.D. in Sociology, specializing in Statistics and Research methods, Jon has worked with universities and colleges, government organizations and businesses for over 20 years.  He has also worked alongside several anti-human trafficking organizations over the past 5 years, prior to founding Paladin.

Why human trafficking matters to Jon
“There is something that rips through the core of my humanity when I hear, see, and feel the pain of children and young women who are without hope and see themselves only as a commodity to be bought, sold, exploited, and enslaved.
I desire to use my high-octane energy level, unrelenting passion, and applicable skills to end the trafficking of children and women into the sex industry.”

Jackie Omdoll, Vice President & Secretary

Jackie has always been passionate about serving others. This passion combined with her many life experiences, both professionally and personally, has brought her to serve on the board of Paladin Rescue Alliance, an organization dedicated to the on-going fight against human trafficking.

Over the past forty-years, she has owned small businesses in the design and service sectors, been a shareholder and board member of an international manufacturing company and obtained a BA in business management. She enjoys being a mother, grandmother, Sunday school teacher, sponsoring children throughout the world and volunteering on committees devoted to helping the most vulnerable of women and children.

Her most memorable experience was joining World Vision on a mission trip to Zambia in 2008. “It broke my heart to meet and interact with families, women and orphans ravaged by poverty, AIDS, human trafficking and exploitation. My life was changed forever and I am even more committed to serving those, who if we don’t help, have no hope.”
